Certain specifications require periodic testing of in-use penetrant and materials. These tests are performed at specified time periods depending upon the test and specification requirements. (See chart below)
MAGNAFLUX offers through its PeneCert™ Service, a means to test in-use materials to these various standards for a nominal charge. All testing is performed at our PeneCert testing lab in our manufacturing facility in DeWitt, Iowa by lab technicians with years of experience certifying in-use materials for the various industries. Upon request, a PeneCert kit is supplied with enclosed bottles and documentation for customers to easily return samples to our lab for evaluation.
