Magnaflux Wet Horizontal Units

Magnaflux wet bench units set the standard for MPI inspection. The wet bench equipment offer the flexibility, field intensity and part range capabilities to identify surface and sub-service defects across a broad range of parts by providing the specific unit best suited to your needs.

Magnaflux A-Series - The A-Series is our most economical standard wet bench unit. It offers great part mobility for finding surface and sub-surface defects, and the versatility of using AC or DC magnetization (except for the A-2030). The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal. Magnetization shop time is adjustable, allowing better development of indications. 

Magnaflux D-Series - The D-Series (3 Phase Unit) is our most powerful standard wet bench unit. It offers maximum magnitization for finding furface and sub-surface defects while usin gminimal power. The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal.

Magnaflux MD-Series - The Multi-Directional unit is our most versatile standard unit. The MD Series offers time saving multidirectional magnetization for finding defects in all orientations with one cycle. The two or three outputs are independently adjust to balance the magnet field intensity. Each output offers AC, HWDC or One Phase FWDC output.
