Magnaflux Mag Kit

The Magnaflux Mag Kit offers an inexpensive modular bench unit for low volume MPI testing applications.

Our scalable Mag Kit system allows lower volume NDT users to tailor a fully operational bench unit to their precise application needs by adding only those components they currently require.

Using a portable power pack as a power supply, the Mag Kit is an economical, easy to operate alternative to more expensive, higher volume bench units when volume processing is not required. It provides the same of level test dependability in a lower volume, lower cost equipment package.

MAG KIT

The Magnaflux Mag Kit is an inexpensive modular system that offers the convenience of a bench unit for low production testing applications. You can order your Mag Kit as basic or as fully equipped as your needs dictate.

Purchase the base unit (bench, headstock, tailstock and coil) if you already have a Portable Power Pack
Buy the base unit and Portable Power Pack
Specify recirculating pump spray system in the original purchase or add it later (not needed if you plant to use aerosols)
Switch the magnetizing current easily from head/tail to coil by changing two plug in cable connections
Handle remote inspections of large, heavy parts with the same Portable Power Pack , Cables and Prods
